Pray everywhere....

1 Timothy 2

1I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. 7Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

8I will therefore that men pray everywhere lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

Today, God does not dwell in a building, He dwells in our hearts.If God dwelled in church buildings we would only go in on Wednesdays and Sundays,My husband is a security guide he has a job on Sundays to lock church doors after people leave the church.
People long ago was able to go in any church and pray years ago there was no locked doors. We do not have to meet at a special building or enter a special building to worship God. A church building is not needed for us to meet or worship God.

Acts 17:24-25 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshiped with men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
As the veil was torn, the Holy of Holies was exposed. God’s presence was now accessible to all.This is good news to us as believers, because we know that Jesus’ death has atoned for our sins and made us right before God. The torn veil illustrated Jesus’ body broken for us, opening the way for us to come to God. As Jesus cried out “It is finished!” on the cross, He was indeed proclaiming that God’s redemptive plan was now complete. The age of animal offerings was over. The ultimate offering had been sacrificed.
I pray that I will count it a privilege the veil was torn.I must take my prayer time more sincere.God sacrificed so much for me what an awesome God we serve.
