I Thank God this morning for my Pastor who is responsive, gentle, and genuinely filled with compassion loves his people knows them all by name Spirit filled soulwinner. These characteristics are needed for a leader of the flock than academic degrees, church growth numbers A Pastor has to give an account for our life.In many ways they are our coach.They want the best for us,A Pastor spends alot of time with his people our Pastor deserves joy over our growth.
The following verse is what happens to a leader that wont lead in the right direction.
Matthew 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch
