Duet.23:21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
Duet. 23:22 But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
I Can remember when one of my teens lost some $ and could not tithe He made a vow if God would show him where he lost it he would make up for it next week.It was found in a puddle where other people walked right by it.the next week came and he spent it.right after that he lost his job.Its always been proven Gods word is our instruction manual.
