23:21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
23:22 But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
I Can remember when one of my teens lost some $ and could not tithe He made a vow if God would show him where he lost it he would make up for it next week.It was found in a puddle where other people walked right by it.the next week came and he spent it.right after he lost his job.Its always been proven Gods word is our instruction manual.
The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright:but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.Prov.15:1
